The present scenario at the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory is simply heart breaking. Within a span of few months, the factory has completely shattered with constant outflow of financial resources and drainage of employee resources. What is left within the factory is the misery of existing employees and the evil of the new management group.
It has only been months when the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory registered its historic production of 4, 70, 000 tonnes of cement. The factory looked promising and very soon was looking forward to become the largest cement manufacturing unit in Africa. But then, the Ventriglias took over the management of the ZPC with the aid of corruption and force and things started to go bad.

When one looks into the present status of the ZPC, the scenario is completely different. It appears that the factory has lost all its potential and is now merely left to rot. The existing employees are facing a tough time in the premise of the factory as there are very less arrangements for hygiene. Additionally, with the growing failure of the management, the business of Zambezi Portland Cement has fell down dramatically. The result of this failure is termination of employees.

Future of Zambezi Portland Cement
At the moment, the future of Zambezi Portland Cement Factory looks very dark. If the loot in the factory continues, then it is only a matter of months before which the factory would be required to shut down permanently. The employees have already faced the evil nature of the Ventriglia family and are concerned about their pay.
Though the factory is actually owned by Finsbury Investments, the Ventriglia family has managed to steal the management in Mafia style. They are mainly supported by Rupiah Banda, Sakwiba Sikota and Zambia Reports.
