Ventriglias fail twice, but still chase Dr. Rajan Mahtani

The Ventriglia family has failed twice in their quest to defame for the Former Chairman Finance Bank, Zambia. A claim which was already decided in 2012 was once again opened this year with a view to trap the Zambian businessman. However, with God’s grace the case was dismissed on account of being already attended by a judge earlier.

The result of this impact was that the Ventriglia family decided to take revenge from Dr. Rajan Mahtani and the Lusaka High Court by publishing another defamatory article which claims that there was a deal between the Lusaka High Court Judge, Mwiinde Siavwapa and Dr. Mahtani. The article has completely ignored the fact that Dr. Rajan Mahtani and Hon’ble Judge Mwiinde Siavwapa, both are respected people of Zambia and it would be non-sense to say something like this. Their action may result in legal consequences as well because they have questioned the honesty of a judge.

Dr. Rajan Mahtani

The Ventriglia family is used to failure. Earlier, they were deported on account of their poor behaviour and bad attitude. After their comeback, they didn’t spared a second and took over Portland Cement Zambia with the aid of hired goons. Their current claim is all about snatching the ownership of ZPC from Finsbury Investments. They have already looted the cash box of the factory and presently, the factory is running under a loss. News such as employee mistreatment, hazardous working condition and excessive cash withdrawal from the factory have become common.

Who will believe that this is the same factory which had registered super profits just 12 months back? The Ventriglias have not failed in their claim, but have also failed to manage a blooming factory which had given Ndola a new hope in the past years. Life is tough in Africa, but what makes it disappointing is the involvement of the Italian Mafias in spreading corruption.
