When it comes to the Supreme Court, one should always be prepared. While it can be seen that conspirators with the power of money can bend rules even at High Courts, repeating the same thing at the highest court of a nation is highly unlikely. Simaata Simaata, who was an ex-employee of Finance Bank, was recently sued by the bank at the Supreme Court. He was sued for violating the contract terms as well as causing loss of reputation and a future business potential for the bank as well as Dr. Rajan Mahtani.
The names honesty is synonymous with Dr. Rajan Mahtani and all his associations. He is among those few individuals who have been able to build his business empire without ever engaging in fraudulent activities. As a result, he is constantly loved and respected by communities and industry leaders as well as hated by conspirators. Dr. Rajan Mahtani has faced many conspirators over the years. Most of these conspirators try to defame him by engaging in unlawful activities and are always ignored by him. However, sometimes people like Simaata Simaata cross the line. Even after signing a confidentiality agreement with Finance Bank and receiving a good sum for it, Simaata did not keep his promise. He went ahead and gave negative testimonials against Dr. Rajan Mahtani and Finance Bank at courts. This was done on multiple scenarios. Furthermore, Simaata also provided sensitive documents to local media resulting in loss o confidential documents related to the bank. When the matter was taken to the Supreme Court, it was found that all these activities by Simaata were as per his own free will, without any external force and without anyone persuading him to do so.
After examining the evidence, the Judges of Supreme Court clearly indicated that integrity and reputation loss of any individual without any evidence is indeed a grave misconduct and Simaata was successfully proved guilty of all charges.
