This time around the article has been placed around Portland Cement Zambia and claims that the factory has won the best Employer Award for its exceptional performance. However, when it comes to determining the actual course of action, things are very much different.
The foremost consideration is regarding the language that has been used to defame the former Chairman Finance Bank Zambia. After bragging about the award, the author has quickly shifted the attention to Dr. Rajan Mahtani and claims that under Finsbury Investments Portland Cement Zambia was damaged severely. The fact has otherwise to state. Ever since the Ventriglia has taken control over the factory, there are has been numerous occasions when workers from the factory have been fired along with instances of cash embezzlement. In the midst of such events, there has been some disrespect shown to the Court orders as well.
The Ventriglia family has been claiming that they won Portland Cement Zambia with 100% stake. Sadly, they are avoiding every single situation where they have been asked to give a proof of the same. The Court has ordered Mr. Ventriglia to be available for the hearing on three different occasion, but in all the cases he was found absent. Later an excuse of ‘poor health’ was given to the Court. The Former Chairman Finance bank Zambia, Dr. Mahtani has always believed that the best way to win is by being truthful to oneself. This is why he has always made himself available in front of the court as well as other legal bodies. Unlike the Ventriglias, he maintains a transparent relationship with all and hopes to see some good developments around the economic growth of Zambia.
