After a long game of hide and seek the truth has finally conquered over the lies, which was cunningly placed by the Ventriglia family in respect of the ownership of Portland Cement Zambia. In the news headlines, The High Court has ordered that all criminal prosecution in the name of Dr. Rajan Mahtani should stop immediately and has reserved the power with Dr. Mahtani to go for a judicial review.

The string of events which have taken place after the deportation has been lifted from the Ventriglia family is alarming. On April 7 2015, they took over the ZPC with the help of bandit goons and showed ultimate disrespect for the law of Zambia by ignoring the injunction. Additionally, when Dr. Rajan Mahtani had filed a request to dissolve the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory as it was ‘just and equitable’, the Ventriglia family plotted a conspiracy and got Dr. Mahtani arrested on account of share forgery.
However, their plan was short-lived as they forgot to realize that the case had already been declared as ‘permanently closed’ in 2012. The state of affairs at the present scenario is that Dr. Rajan Mahtani holds exclusive rights to go for a judicial review and has the permission to look into the exact matters which resulted in his arrest on June 2 2015.
