In the latest case between Dr. Mahtani and its conspirators, Dr. Mahtani has won. This is the case wherein Finance Bank sued Simaata Simaata with support from Dr. Rajan Lekhraj Mahtani. The case was filed after Simaata broke various clauses of the agreement that he had signed with Finance Bank few years back. It is surprising to see that people openly defy rules and contracts and then manage to stay out of trouble from law for a long time. It is also true that more a businessman is successful in his ventures, more enemies he will have.
These enemies, who breed on hatred and profit motives, will do anything to ruin the businessman’s reputation and get business out of his situation. They have never appreciated the good works done by any honest businessman and will only work for those who provide them with easy money. A similar incident happened when Simaata, a disgruntled ex-employee of Finance Bank, broke the terms of agreement with the bank and shared sensitive documents with a local newspaper. It is unclear whether he had any profit motive or received any incentive for such act; it is clear that saving the bank’s reputation is not the focus of Simaata. Apart from this, he also testified against the Bank and Dr. Rajan Mahtani at various instances across courts. All these activities were proved to be detrimental for the image of Bank as well as Dr. Mahtani. As a result, the bank had to sue Simaata Simaata for his unlawful practice and breaking the agreement. While Simaata tried to defend himself by saying the documents and statements were not under the agreement, it was clearly discredited by the judges. The agreement terms clearly mentioned that the all statements under the agreement were confidential and should not be disclosed to any third party.
As of now, the verdict is that Simaata is guilty of agreement breach and will be paying fine for his activities.
