May 1 is celebrated as Labor Day, a day dedicated to the labors where they can relax and have fun. However, for the workers of the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory the Labor Day was full of struggle and embarrassments. Denied of their salaries for the month of April, the workers of ZPC have now nothing to do as they find themselves helpless and at the mercy of the Ventriglias.
After the infamous ‘mafia style’ takeover on April 07, 2015, the Ventriglias have looted the Zambezi Portland Cement Factory by taking out funds from the office in huge amounts. They have not only managed to disturb the prevailing harmony in the factory, but have also deprived the workers of their right to receive monthly salary.
The High Court of Ndola has dismissed the injunction which was obtained by the Ventriglias through scripted stories on 29th April, 2015 (Wednesday). The same has now been replaced by a fresh document which discharges the injunction issued to the Ventriglias. A copy of the document is attached below:
Though, the Ventriglias were quick to react on this news through their funded news portal ‘Zambia Reports’ by stating that Dr. Rajan Mahtani had forged the signature of the Hon. Madam Justice Banda Bobo, they forgot to consider that the document also possess the stamp of Ndola High Court and is open for verification under cause 2015/HN/089.
